*Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

*Failed Delivery Situation:
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at Service@lixishop.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
For certain countries or regions such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery.
